Alan Largo

Alan Largo (he/him) is a Registered Mental Health Nurse Specialist and a certified Cognitive Therapist with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Alan has expertise in CBT and advanced training in CFT, DBT, trauma and solution-focused therapy. He has over 10 years of experience treating youths and adults in the community and acute hospital settings experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. Alan is currently the lead consultant at Toronto's Holland Centre integrating CBT into treatment programs for clients with chronic pain and disability and co-developing Toronto's Sunnybrook Hospital's psychiatric urgent care clinic for individuals in mental health crisis. Alan, alongside Stacey, provides supervision for therapists undergoing training in cognitive behavioural therapy.

Jason (he/him) has been counselling clients for over twenty years and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He has experience providing psychotherapy to all clients of all ages, genders, orientations and ethnic background. He has completed training in cognitive behavioural therapy (including dialectical behavioural therapy) and has certification in solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and addictions counselling but specializes in a psychodynamic approach (Adlerian). Jason is available to see youth and adults for individual therapy and adults for relationship counselling.

Delaney Campbell

Delaney (she/her) works collaboratively with clients to establish a safe therapeutic space for growing and healing. She employs a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach in her work with all individuals. Delaney completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Toronto in 2018 and has since completed extensive training and/or certification in a variety of modalities, as follows; cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion focused therapy, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, acceptance and commitment therapy; eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
Delaney blends these practices with skill building to support clients with their unique struggles. Much of her work has been with folks who have experienced sexual violence, intimate partner violence, and/or human trafficking. Delaney does her best work with folks who present with primary concerns related to the following; trauma and PTSD, anxiety, low mood and self-criticism/shame.
