Megan Cuglietta, BA, MA, RP (Qualifying) holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, has a graduate certificate in Victimology from Algonquin College, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Registered Psychotherapist. Megan’s previous experience includes working in frontline case management and crisis counselling. She is a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who works from a strength-based and solution-focused perspective and has experience working with various clientele, including homeless youth, women and children experiencing violence, and people involved in the criminal justice system.

Marsha Nicholas, BA Hons, RP, is a Registered Psychotherapist with a demonstrated history of working in a clinical setting including hospital-based care and public health for over 15 years. Marsha's interest in the mental health field peaked when she completed her undergraduate degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2006.

Marsha specializes in helping adults and youth who have experienced mental health challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, and similar issues using a holistic approach.  Marsha has specialized training in various evidence-based modalities for individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and emotional regulation. She also has additional certified training in cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, brief narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care.  

One of her areas of specialization is in addictions. Marsha has worked in various capacities in this field which include withdrawal management, opiate case management, and as a therapist.

Marsha is very passionate about mental wellness and addictions. She spends her time participating in local mental health initiatives and sits on several boards and committees of local mental health agencies. In her spare time, she loves being active and spends much of her time outside running, hiking, and biking with family and her golden retrievers, Myles and Cairo.
