Jocelyne (she/her) is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, and public health. Her passion for understanding the human mind and commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges led her to psychotherapy.
In her practice, Jocelyne blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with compassionate care, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. She tailors her humanistic approach using modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Care.
Jocelyne’s combined nursing and psychotherapy expertise offers a comprehensive, holistic approach to mental health. She looks forward to working with you to help you realize your true self.
Stephanie Fetherston
MSW RSW Psychotherapist
Stephanie Fetherston has a Masters in Social Work and has been providing individual and group psychotherapy for over 10 years. She is trained in a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), emotionally focused family therapy (EFFT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. Stephanie has experience working with a variety of different individuals looking for support. She is able to work with people struggling with substance use or gambling as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, divorce or other relationship issues, ADHD, work related stress and more. She has a keen interest and experience working with significant others or family members of those with substance use issues as well as parents of children with neurodiversity or other special needs. Stephanie has experience providing support to youth who are neurodiverse who are struggling with anxiety, bullying, making friends, and understanding who they are. As a counsellor, Stephanie values the rapport building stage of a counselling relationship and meets each client where they are at co-creating a treatment plan based on an individual's needs and strengths.
Brooke Pollard
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Brooke Pollard (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the OCSWSSW and is registered as a student member with CCPA and CRPO.
Brooke has experience working with various populations and adults in different life stages and with differing socio-cultural needs. Brooke’s area of focus is working with those are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma and/or depression using compassion focused therapy (CFT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) treatment approaches and methods.
Brooke’s is currently attending Yorkville’s Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology program and will be completing an internship and practicum role at the Sault Ste. Marie office.
