Darren, preferred pronouns he/him, is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist trained and experienced in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processsing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He has primarily worked with individual adults, but has done group work and worked with youth. He is experienced working with people dealing with issues of mood, anxiety, substance use, stress, trauma, chronic illness, and chronic pain among other issues.
